A voyage of culinary discovery
The cuisine on board is our pride. It is the result of a cultural and culinary journey, inspired by the best Sicilian recipes, heritage of the Arab and Norman histories. The Sicilian cuisine is based on traditional first courses, such as pasta, fresh fish both raw and cooked with Mediterranean seasoning and fresh vegetables, fruits and almond desserts.
In the wine cellar on board, there are Sicilian wines, such as Nero D’avola, Syrah, Rossi di Salina, Malvasia. The Grillo and Cataratto blends provide sapid, white and red wines.
